At AK Cultural Planning, Amanda’s portfolio includes Studio Museum in Harlem, informing both strategy and financial modeling for the museum's expansion and construction of a new building. She has also worked with Storm King Art Center and Oklahoma Contemporary on attendance projections and long term financial modeling. While working at Lord Cultural Resources, Amanda conducted research and developed unique solutions for cultural institutions such as the Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs and State Historical Museum of Iowa; the Lincoln Theater in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania; The Hammer Museum at UCLA; and the Coastal Main Botanical Gardens.
Prior to consulting, Amanda served as a project manager and arts administrator at several nonprofit arts organizations in New York City. She is a native New Yorker and holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University's Wagner School of Public Service. She also works as a jewelry artist at a community metal arts studio in Brooklyn.
