Past clients include the Sugar Hill Children's Museum of Art & Storytelling, Brooklyn Historical Society, Apogee Journal, Broadway Housing Communities, Lantern Community Services, and Yeshiva University. The studio has also mapped cultural resources for several of the city’s business improvement districts, including the Meatpacking Improvement Association, Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership, Long Island City Partnership, and Jamaica Center BID.
Prior to setting up her design studio in 2013, Patra was the in-house designer for the contemporary arts organization No Longer Empty, where she was responsible for the organization's visual communications across print and web. Her past experience working for Project for Public Spaces and Future Green Studio, a landscape design firm, centered around placemaking and how people interact with urban spaces. She holds a degree in Architectural Studies from Brown University and studied graphic design at Parsons The New School for Design. asthecrowwalks.com.
