Institutional Plan

In 2019, AK Cultural Planning was hired by Paul Allen’s Vulcan Inc. to develop a multi-phased Institutional Plan for a new branch of the Museum of Pop Culture in New York City. The assignment included qualitative and quantitative concept testing, a partnership framework, and an audience development strategy that synced with a comprehensive program plan. The team also assessed implementation readiness, and elaborated priorities, issues to address, and factors for success.
